PREMIER CLASSICAL MUSIC MAKES ITS CRUISE DEBUT

Seeking to elevate its music program, Holland America Line asked RWS to create a new, extraordinary onboard entertainment experience. So, we introduced the very best of the performing arts to a cruise line for the first time: classical music from New York’s famed Lincoln Center. This partnership, the first-ever licensing deal for Lincoln Center, features traditional repertoire by the greats, such as Beethoven and Schumann, as well as classical takes on modern songs like Creep by Radiohead and Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. In under five years, attendance skyrocketed by 90% and created additional revenue through F&B channels.
