Putting the EXPerience in EXPO

Since 2021, IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, has leaned on RWS to provide full creative and production support for the organization’s annual international conference and trade show. Services have included stage design and construction, media, graphic and video elements, scripting, music, entertainment, technical, lighting and AV services for the Expo’s main events, including their Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Leadership Breakfast, Lunch and Learn and Brass Ring Awards. From hosting an interactive Fun Crew™ experience on the tradeshow floor to producing a record-setting confetti party, RWS has enjoyed creating an environment where the Expo’s 30,000+ attendees feel safe, fun and most importantly, inspired.
